Prompt: On this day, we were encouraged to write a triolet which is an eight-line poem with repeating lines and a tight rhyme scheme.
Riddles, Rhymes and Reason
We beg to gain answers
To questions which haunt us
Rising from the hands of a necromancer
Questions haunt us, like cancer
They grow in our minds, yet answers vanish like camphor
Who are we? Where do we come from?
What is our purpose? To whom do we answer?
Theories devised, clocks chime, riddles remain unanswered...
And it's not even a boring ab-ab it still transforms through the poem from answers to cancer to camphor
You're such a talented poet. I can tell because your rhyme scheme is very very good
You are a necromancer, because your poems are magicall 🎇🎇🎇
